WAHRINGAH TUGBOAT 50 - #592
STEEL CONSTRUCTION

Harbor Money-Maker Utility Wonder Tugboat

Warringah, at just over 50 feet in length, is suited as an offshore supply vessel, general purpose work boat or small tug. Its large after deck is well suited for deck cargo while its hold runs the full beam. Its accomModation is first class with four bunks mounted in the fo'csle. There is a further single berth in the deckhouse. The wheelhouse is elevated above the deckhouse. The console is set to port and a further control station is offered on the flybridge.
The plans have been approved by survey. Hull and main deck are from 6 mm plate with 5 mm bulwarks and fo'clse. Fuel tanks and water tanks are an integral part of the construction. The suggested engine is a Caterpillar 340BT Marine diesel of 224 KW or roughly 300 H.P.
Plans are extremely detailed and include table of offsets, profile, lines, general arrangement, structural details, materials list and sheets covering full information of engineering, wiring and plumbing.
