As can be seen from the interior plan the forward area is the owner's stateroom, complete with double berth, generous lounge and stowage area.

Amidships there are two settee berths which are convertible to uppers or pullman type berths. The additional pullman berth would give a total of eight berths.

Aft of amidships is the galley to port, opposite which is the toilet compartment complete with shower. Double doors lead to the large, covered cockpit with open sides and rear. This would make a good lounge area. The helmsman's station is also located here on this model.

Headroom throughout is 6'3" and higher in some areas, Extra living space is gained by dropping the side curtains on the sundeck. The alternate foreward drive position version can have up to five berths plus a shakedown in the forward lounge.

Long shaft motors, single or twin, can be used to power the houseboat.
