OK a JU Runabout no other racing class offers so much enjoyment. The age limit 9 to 14 years of age gives our young ones a chance to learn safely the sport of boat racing and sportsmanship. Still this class is no slouch, with the little 5HP Mercury the straightway record is pushing 30 MPH. While designed for this class, her performance is suitable for all ages, adults included, as she is fast and highly maneuverable. Takes any motor from 5 to 20HP. Very simple to build, construction is part hydro and part runabout. Plans with full-size patterns. Design No. CU 12.

The runabout can be made 10' 2" with a change of the frame spacing.
